Partner companies. All sponsorship arrangements are meant to showcase our
Partner companies’ expertise and knowledge by positioning them in “thought-leadership” roles not only at our events but before and after the meetings as well.

Speaking Opportunities for Partner/Sponsoring companies
PSS offers four unique speaking opportunities:
Chairperson/Moderator: An executive at a sponsoring organization is able to moderate either a specific panel or the Executive Forum’s entire proceedings. This includes delivering introductory remarks as well as offering comments before or after each session.
Main Conference Presenter: An executive at a sponsoring organization can deliver a content driven presentation as part of our main program.
Pre-conference Tutorial Presenter: Most PSS events open with a pre-conference tutorial. A sponsoring organization can moderate and present a pre-conference tutorial which lasts 3-4 hours The Tutorial must be a content driven presentation and we strongly encourage our Partner company to invite end-users to sit on a panel or present during the tutorial.
* Breakfast/Luncheon Workshop or Cocktail Opening: A sponsoring organization can present during a breakfast/luncheon workshop or offer a brief capabilities presentation as an introduction to our networking cocktail reception. During these speaking opportunities, opposed to all other speaking opportunities, companies may present their core capabilities while also linking their technology or solution to the conference topic.

Content Driven Presentation vs. Sales Presentation
A Content Driven presentation focuses on strategy and/or tactical solutions for a given problem but does not promote a vender/consulting company’s corporate capabilities, services, software or technology solutions in any manner. Content Driven presentations can be case studies or specific strategic philosophies regarding a pressing issue facing the industry.
A Sales or Corporate Capabilities presentation presents a problem and a company-specific solution to that problem, promoting the benefits of a company’s capabilities, services, software, technology, etc.
