Novel Vaccines: Bridging Research, Development, and Production will build on the excitement of last year’s meeting with an additional focus on manufacturing to complement research and development. We will look at the challenges and current successes of developing and producing novel vaccines.
What has research uncovered that sheds light on how disease functions?
Which approach to producing vaccines will prove to be most successful?
What are the breakthroughs in multivalent and universal vaccines?
Which delivery systems are most effective?
How are manufacturing facilities operating?
Vaccine experts from around the world will come together to address the myriad quandaries and real-world solutions for creating the vaccines that are necessary to protect human health. Meeting a growing demand for vaccines poses a significant challenge as do other concerns such as safety, efficacy, and the cold chain dilemma. Sharing ideas and data will make the world of vaccines a more intimate place where exchanging information helps scientists achieve greater success.
The Novel Vaccines meeting provides a snapshot of where vaccine research and development stands today – and where novel vaccines are headed in the race to protect humanity.
