Pays $56.5M for Therapeutic Human Polyclonals, Inc.

has paid $56.5 million to acquire Therapeutic Human
Polyclonals, Inc. (THP), which is based in California and
Germany. Roche plans to fully integrate THP into the Roche
Pharma Center of Excellence for Protein Research in
