Strikes $293M HPV Vaccine Deal with Roche

11, 2007--Roche
and Transgene will collaborate on the development and
commercialization of therapeutic vaccines against Human
Papilloma Virus (HPV)-mediated diseases. Roche will
acquire an exclusive license for Transgene’s lead
therapeutic vaccine candidate, TG 4001, as well as further
therapeutic vaccine development candidates resulting from
the collaboration, and will have exclusive worldwide
commercialization rights. Under the agreement, Transgene
