to a report in the Times,
Sanofi-Aventis’ chairman Jean-Francois Dehecq is in
favor of a deal to acquire Bristol-Myers Squibb, while
Sanofi’s chief executive Gerard Le Fur emphasizes the
need for the company to focus on its internal research and
